There is free parking available onsite.
Enter via Nepean Hwy — look for the sign "958 Mornington Coastal Medical Centre" (not the slip lane that goes to Domino's).
Take the first entry (the second is exit only).
There are two parking lots, and they're connected. You can park in either — the second parking lot is closer to the entry.
When you enter, there will be a reception for the GP clinic. You don't need to sign in with the receptionist. If they ask, you can clarify you are here for psychology.
Press the doorbell button on the reception desk for "Mornington Psychology" — that will let me know you've arrived.
I will come and get you from the waiting room.

It is easiest to ask reception where bathrooms are, or follow the corridor and take the first right after the pharmacy.
