Prices start from $950 and are tailored to your needs. The full cost depends on the type of assessment you and your practitioner decide is most useful for you.

Initial Consultation + Assessment Planning Session

Includes online intake, in-person or online clinical interview, review of presenting concerns and history, questionnaires issued or reviewed, and a tailored scope for your assessment.

Assessments are tailored to the individual, we don't take a one-size-fits-all approach, so you only undergo the testing that's genuinely useful for you.

For Autism, ADHD and more. Four options — you and your practitioner will choose together, based on the depth and detail that fits your questions.

Comprehensive Cognitive Assessment

2–3 hrs + 1 hr feedback session

Cognitive profiling after medical diagnosis, such as stroke, brain injury, MS, or where a report/information is needed for NDIS or work planning. Includes cognitive assessment, interview, plain-language summary, and a full 60-minute feedback session 1–3 weeks later (you can bring a support person).

Extended Complex Assessment

+$275 add-on

For significant diagnostic complexity, broader cognitive questions or medical considerations. Includes review and collation of previous medical history and imaging. Added to the base assessment cost. Additional report fees may apply — please enquire.

Assessments are not eligible for a Medicare rebate. Further support after an assessment can be provided at the hourly session rate, with Medicare rebates eligible.
