Every assessment option starts with an initial consult — it's absolutely fine to book this first as a standalone appointment. From there, you and your practitioner will choose together the most suitable assessment option, based on the depth and detail that fits your questions.
Extended Complex Assessment
For significant diagnostic complexity, broader cognitive questions or medical considerations. Includes review and collation of previous medical history and imaging. Added to the base assessment cost. Additional report fees may apply — please enquire.
Most assessments are not eligible for a Medicare rebate. Further support after an assessment can be provided at the hourly session rate, with Medicare rebates eligible.
Psychoeducational and Neurodiversity Assessment for Adolescents
Our comprehensive psychoeducational assessments look at learning (including specific learning disorders such as dyslexia), cognitive strengths and weaknesses, mental health, and neurodevelopmental conditions.
Paid in three stages across the process (see below).
A briefer assessment at a reduced cost is available where appropriate — please reach out and we'll talk it through.
We see NDIS participants who are plan-managed and self-managed. Rebates may also be available under Medicare for young people with Complex Neurodevelopmental Conditions (including eligible autism and ADHD presentations) — please get in touch and we'll help you work out what applies.
